Scholarships

The labor movement is about more than just a paycheck. It's about workers coming together to build better lives for themselves and their families. It's about creating opportunity. That is why UFCW 951 awards scholarships to members and their dependents.
The Foundation is on track to give back over $110,000 to members in 2018. This total includes $73,000 in annual scholarship programs, as well as workplace fundraisers, which consistently donate over $40,000 to members annually.

The Foundation matches 25% of the amount donated by members during fundraisers. The combined total is given to the member in need.
